Badgers Brook is a 200 year old stone built property with large gardens, in a quiet rural setting but only half a mile from Maidencombe beach - an extremely pretty rocky cove. Teignmouth, 4 miles, set on the north bank of the River Teign estuary, has family beaches, while opposite Shaldon, 3 miles, is an unspoilt village with secluded beach. Newton Abbot, 4 miles, a market town, provides easy access to Dartmoor. Our Two Cottages, The Barn and The Stable have been imaginatively converted from former stone barns. They retain much of their former character in the stonework and exposed beams etc. Each cottage has two bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin bed), plus sofa bed in lounge, bathroom, separate WC and a large lounge with kitchen/dining area. French windows from the living area lead onto own patio with barbecue and garden. The Farmhouse Flat is both spacious and self contained, with level access, no steps. Two bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin bed), bathroom, separate WC. Separate fitted kitchen. Large living room with sofa bed. French windows lead onto patio. , |
