Six tastefully converted cottages from an 1874 courtyard of farm buildings. Each is comfortably furnished and fully-equipped. Linen, duvets and pillows are provided and electricity is included in the summer tariff.Each cottage has a colour TV, full-single oven, fridge and microwave. A laundry room equipped with an automatic washing machine and tumble dryer is situated in the courtyard. Cots and put- you-up beds can be provided if required.A children's play area and swimming pool (heated July and August) are also situated on site along with a public payphone. The village centre, with 2 pubs, 2 restaurants and local shops is just 400 metres away. We have ample parking space.The village is situated in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and boasts picturesque walks along the banks of the River Otter and a local footpath links Langsford Farm to the East Devon Way footpath and to an RSPB nature reserve. Situated in the heart of East Devon, Newton Poppleford lies close to the seaside towns of Sidmouth (4 miles), Budleigh Salterton (6 miles), Exmouth (9 miles) and 10 miles from the cathedral city of Exeter. East Devon has a magnificent coastline with soaring cliffs, sandy and pebble beaches, estuaries and harbours.
