about This delightful country house, set in its own grounds of 3 acres, with magnificent all round views of the surrounding countryside and the Pyrenées mountains, is well suited for an activity holiday as all types of sports etc can be had in summer and winter, but for those less active the region abounds with a wide range of historical interests,
not to mention gourmet food and excellent local wines.

Spain is also around an hour away - Pamplona, San Sabastien etc. The
historical religious town of Lourdes is less than an hour away and the superb city of Pau (40 minutes) is full of interesting buildings, thousands of palm trees and a wonderful view of the Pyrenées.

The accommodation comprises on the ground floor a well equipped Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge? microwave etc,.

  • French windows to a terrace overlooking the fabulous views with large blind.
  • Ground floor bedroom with double bed, Bathroom with bath, shower and wash hand basin and a separate WC.
  • First floor there are three further Bedrooms, one with double bed, one with two singles and one with two singles with door to a balcony overlooking the views. There is a Bathroom with bath, shower and wash hand basin and a separate WC.
  • There is a large integral garage with washing machine and sink and table tennis table. Full electric central heating for winter lets.
  • Sauveterre de Béarn is the centre for white water rafting and canoeing and kayaking. Swimming-pool nearby, golf and horse riding close by.
